This professional mastery programme – High Performance for Managers – is aimed at individuals in managerial positions or ‘stepping up’ into roles within an organisation.
This can be both exciting and fearful. Stepping up into managerial positions can take someone out of their comfort zone.
We work on the ‘inner self’, the beliefs individuals hold and ensure they are emotionally confident internally, and then we provide the tools and strategies to create their ‘outer world’. Our coaching programme has made a massive difference to our clients.
This programme will provide insights, frameworks and techniques to help individuals make the transition into senior roles as smooth as possible. By facilitating coaching sessions and motivating and inspiring them to improve their professional ‘softer skills’ with confidence so that they can tackle the work change head-on.

Delivery
The programme can be custom build to suit you, either have a selection of the above professional skills to develop or deep dive into a particular professional skill.
The coaching would be 6 monthly sessions of 90 minutes of one-to-one coaching sessions per person or group workshop with tasking in the individual’s own time. All sessions are face-to-face or online video via Zoom.
